	Frequently Asked Questions Why are your prices are so low? Our prices are low because we are the manufacturer, and sell directly to the companies that use the labels. Why are your prices are so high? Comparing our products to identical products, our prices are very competitive. There are many different ways to put a company logo on a computer, such as regular labels without a polyurethane dome surface (most inexpensive), silk-screened plastic (less expensive), hard epoxy-dome (less expensive), direct printing on the cases (much more expensive) and engraved metal (more expensive). Call or e-mail for samples, and we'd be happy to send you examples of what we do, and you can compare these with the samples from other manufacturers. What do I need to order? Send us your art, company information, shipping address, and phone numbers. Also include the imprint colors, the background stock, if you know what you would like. Otherwise, give us a call and we can discuss your options. What is camera ready art? Camera ready art is a black and white reproduction of your logo that was created for reproduction using various printing methods. If you do not have camera ready art, send what you have - it is probably good enough. I see your prices; are there any setup charges or screen charges? No. There are no additional charges of any kind. Are there any charges for having artwork created? No. What about matching colors? We can match any color you would like us to print at no charge. The graphics arts industry uses PMS colors, an industry standard color matching system. Most graphics programs will indicate the PMS number of a given color. Without this number, we cannot guarantee that the Navy Blue you have in mind is the same Navy Blue that we wind up printing. If you do not have a PMS color number, and are picky about the color you would like your logos to be, SEND US A HARD COPY OF A SAMPLE OF THE COLOR. We can usually match to anything you send us. If you do not supply us with a PMS number, or do not send us a sample swatch you would like us to match, color matching is not guaranteed. Computer images designed in the color you would like to have printed IS NOT SUFFICIENT for color matching. Due to variances in monitors settings, etc. colors vary wildly from screen to screen. What you see is probably very different from what we see. You may see blue and we see green. What about available background colors? Available stock colors are white, metallic silver, matte silver, brushed silver, metallic gold and brushed gold, and clear. The prices include one color imprint on these background colors. Red on Black would be two colors. Red on metallic silver would be one color. Can I send you a file via e-mail? Yes. Acceptable formats are tif, jpeg, gif, and CorelDraw with the fonts converted to curves, or Adobe Illustrator. If you are sending a tif, jpeg, or gif, please make the resolution at least 600x600 pixels. What is the turnaround time? We ship in about two weeks. If you need them quickly, we can rush your order out in 72 hours for an additional 25% rush charge. How do you ship? We ship either FedEx or UPS. Standard shipping is FedEx 2 Day. We can ship on your fed-ex account, if you prefer. Shipping charges depend on your location and whether COD is selected.
